Green tea: properties and benefits
Green tea is one of the most appreciated varieties by all conneseurs of this drink. It is not just a trend, but a consumption habit destined to become part of tradition given the numerous beneficial properties it contains in the leaves of this tea.
BENEFITS OF GREEN TEA
There are many reasons why green tea should not be missing from our diet. First of all, it is a real mine of antioxidants, which counteract cellular aging and help prevent degenerative diseases and strengthen the immune system.
